FARM TO TABLE KOSHER

Rimon is a kosher, farm-to-table restaurant located inside the Hillel building on Tulane’s campus.  In Hebrew, Rimon means pomegranate, which symbolizes wisdom and knowledge in the Jewish tradition. With these values in mind, Chef Daniel Esses serves up his unique food to Tulane students, professors, and members of the greater New Orleans community.

Rimon’s eclectic menu features cuisine from all over the world.  Dishes at Rimon are made using local and seasonal produce, pasture-raised beef and lamb, responsibly raised poultry, local gulf fish, and freshly baked bread and pastries.  We cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
