PESACH 2024

CHAG SAMEACH

Passover, or Pesach in Hebrew, is a major Jewish holiday that occurs in the spring on the 15th day of the Hebrew month of Nisan. Passover 2021 begins March 27 and ends April 4.

This holiday marks the Exodus from Egyptian slavery, when the houses of the Israelites were "passed over" during the last of the ten plagues.

For the duration of the holiday, there are restrictions on owning and consuming certain foods, to which Rimon will adhere.  During this time, Rimon will exclusively serve foods that adhere to the Passover guidelines.  Rimon’s kitchen is deep-cleaned prior to the start of the holiday to remove any chametz (leavened products) and to render our cooking areas kosher for Passover.
